It has a living room/dining area/kitchen inside and a sitting/dining area on the Arch-enclosed porch.

 There are two bedrooms and two full baths (one with a tub) as well as the entire roof deck finished for sunbathing.  A full laundry is included. This rental also offers the use of a car at the renter's own risk.  Enjoy the sound of the breaking surf at your own doorstep.
