Oceanfront Villa:  THIS "CONTEMPORARY DESIGNER" OCEANFRONT VILLA, DIRECTLY ON THE BEACH (SEE PHOTOS), IS DIVIDED INTO TWO LIVING UNITS RENTED INDIVIDUALLY OR TOGETHER DEPENDENT ON YOUR REQUIREMENTS. 

DOWNSTAIRS UNIT (FOR NO MORE THAN FOUR PERSONS)

$90.00 per day for High Season (December 20 through April 15)
      
$900.00 per month for low Season (April 16 through December 19)

UPSTAIRS UNIT (FOR NO MORE THAN FOUR PERSONS)

$126.00 per day for High Season (December 20 - April 15)
   
$1800.00 per month for Low Season (April 16 through December 19)

BOTH UNITS (FOR NO MORE THAN EIGHT PERSONS)

$216 per day for High Season (December 20 through April 15)

$2700 per month for Low Season (April 16 through December 19)

THIRTEEN WEEKS IS THE MINIMUM RENTAL BUT ADDITIONAL NIGHTS CAN BE ADDED AT A DAILY RATE IN ORDER TO ACCOMMODATE YOUR VACATION SCHEDULE. A RENTAL MAY START AND END ANY DAY OF THE WEEK PROVIDED SPACE IS AVAILABLE.  PLEASE CHECK THE AVAILABILITY SCHEDULE. 
 

Oceanfront Home: THIS OCEANFRONT HOME SITS ON A SMALL KNOLL OVERLOOKING THE BEACH AND A FRESH WATER LAGOON LINED WITH COCONUT PALMS (SEE PHOTOS). 

$117.00 per day for High Season (December 20 through April 15)

$1620.00 per month for Low Season (April 16 - December 19)

PRICES FOR ANNUAL RENTAL IS NEGOTIABLE

A 30% Deposit is required to book a rental. A 50% deposit is required if the rental begins within 90 days.  Deposits are refundable in full, ONLY if it is possible to rent those dates to someone else.  Emergencies will be treated on an individual basis according to merit.  Final payment is due upon arrival.
